Quest Text

Offer

Adventurer, I had hoped that burning the scroll would be the end of it. It was not. My scouts report torches at the Nighthorn portal again, deep in the south-east of the swamp, and grey-robed figures passing through it as though the marsh belonged to them. Morrigath's cultists have returned, in greater numbers than before, and they call themselves the Pallbearers now. Go to the portal and thin their ranks. Some of them carry sealed letters and guard them with their lives. Bring me whatever you find on them. I want to know who they answer to.

On Completion

These are not ritual pages. They are reports, written in a careful hand and sealed in grey wax. They speak of a harvest and of the Mother of Graves, and every one of them is addressed to ‘my lady, the Grey Herald’. I fear we have been fighting the servants of this cult and have never once seen its mistress.
