We've got trouble. Big trouble. One of my miners came running from the lower tunnel, white as snow and shaking like a loose beam in a storm. He says the stone itself stood up and roared at them. A Cragborn Alpha. One of the old cave-beasts of Afallon. They sleep for centuries until noise and steel wake them… and then they guard their ground with broken rock and blood. Our digging stirred it. Now it blocks the tunnel that leads back to the surface. The crew is trapped between ice and a very angry mountain. Meet me and the miners at the tunnel entrance. We'll draw it out together and put it down before it crushes us all.
On Completion
The Cragborn Alpha has fallen! The tunnel is clear, and the miners are safe. You've slain a beast of legend, and the mountain will remember your deed. The Iron Lantern Expedition owes you a great debt. Well done, hero!
