Quest Text

We'll not press deeper today. The Cragborn was no accident. The mountain answered when we struck its heart, and I won't lose more miners to blind ambition. This ore is real. You saw it sing in the stone. But if such a beast guards these tunnels, then others may yet wake beneath the ice. I need word sent to Frostreach Outpost. One of our own waits there Durnik Lanternwatch, quartermaster of the Iron Lantern Expedition. Tell him what we found. Tell him what rose against us. If Chillwind Heights is stirring, the outpost must be ready. And you… you've already walked where my miners would not.

On Completion

You've delivered the message to Durnik. The outpost is now on alert, and preparations are being made for whatever may come from the depths of Chillwind Heights. You've done your duty to the Iron Lantern Expedition, and the warning you carried may have saved many lives.
