These winds cut deeper than steel. Stone and iron I have plenty of… but warmth? That's harder to mine. Our miners sleep in tents lined with frost and fear. The cold seeps in through every seam, and no amount of fire will keep it out for long. There's a hunter in Coalway Woods by the name of Thorrin Greypine. Best trapper I know. His hides can turn a drafty tent into a proper shelter. Go to him. Tell him the Iron Lantern Expedition needs bear hides, thick ones, not those patchwork scraps city traders sell. Bring them back here. If the mountain won't spare us, at least the beasts of the forest will.

Aye, you've come from the Iron Lantern Expedition, haven't ya? They need bear hides, the thick ones, not those patchwork scraps city traders peddle. Well, you're in luck. I've got a fresh stock, hunted just this week. These'll turn a drafty tent into a proper shelter, keep the cold out where it belongs. Tell your expedition leader they've got what they need now. Safe travels, friend, and mind the frost on your way back up the mountain.
