The corruption in this swamp grows faster than I can burn it back. Every week the blight creeps further through the roots, and the things it touches do not stay dead. The mages of the Spire must be told what is happening here before it spreads beyond these waters. Carry my report to Elira Dawnweave; you will find her in Coalway woods, outside the Spire of Vaeloris. Tell her everything you have seen in this swamp, and spare no detail, however small it seems.
On Completion
Aradia sent you? Then it is worse than we feared. The Spire has felt the swamp's sickness in the leylines for months, but a report from her own hand confirms it. You have done us a real service by carrying this, traveler.
