Offer
A tether like that must be anchored, and the old Archons anchored their power in their magi, bound to serve them even past death. Most of those magi carry a shard of the tether within them. Lysander's people say robed dead walk the court above the inner gate, chanting. Destroy four of them and bring three of their shards to Lysander. Once the tether is weakened, the Archon will have no choice but to face you himself.
On Completion
Cold as ice, and humming. I can feel it in my teeth. I saw something like this beneath the castle. Cut the anchors and the tether frays. With his magi gone, the Archon will have to show himself in what’s left of his throne court, trying to hold it together. Rest, eat something, check your gear. Then we finish this.
