There's one more thing standin' between my folk an' a quiet night. The big one. The Glowcap alpha, out in the middle o' the Hollow. Most o' the spores in that place come off its crown, an' as long as it's breathin', the smoke can only do so much. I won't lie to ye, it's strong, an' it's mean. But bring me its crown-cap an' I'll grind it into the ward, an' then the smoke'll hold, least till whatever's under the Hollow stirs. Mirelight would owe ye a debt we'd never pay off.

The crown! Ye actually went an’ did it! Everyone beneath these caps is goin’ to hear about this, I promise ye. Ye’ll never pay for a mushroom in Mirelight again as long as ye live. Well. As long as I live, anyway.
