By the harvest gods… I still can't believe what I've seen with my own eyes. My scarecrows, my own scarecrows, have risen from their posts and gone wanderin' about like cursed things. They stalk the fields at night, tearing up crops and scarin' my livestock half to death. I swear I heard one laughin'… a low, hollow, straw-stuffed cackle. Folks in Oakenvale are already whisperin' that Frosthollow Farm's cursed. Please, traveler. Head out into my fields and put an end to these… these Strawhaunts before they ruin what little I have left.
On Completion
The Strawhaunts have been destroyed! My fields are safe again, and I can finally get some sleep without hearin' that cursed cackling. You've lifted a terrible curse from Frosthollow Farm, friend. Thank you, truly. Here's your reward, well-earned!
