Ever tried feedin' three hundred crusaders on hard bread an' prayer? I have, an' I'll tell ye, the prayer runs out first. Thorne Ambercask keeps the tavern up in Oakenvale, an' he owes the Crucible a favour or three. Go an' remind him. Tell him Hamm Ironkettle needs ale, salted pork an' anythin' else he can fit on a cart, an' that the Crucible will pay. Eventually.

Hamm Ironkettle? That old barrel still owes me for the last wagon! Ha, never mind. If he is feeding the crusaders who stand between us and those demons, he will have his cart by nightfall. Here, take something for your trouble. It is a long walk from the staging grounds, and nobody leaves my tavern thirsty.
