As always, your work is thorough. Your scouting saved us from a fool's gamble. Now, it's time to press forward. I've gathered what mercenaries I could spare, along with enough supplies to get us started. This ruin, if we can hold it... will be our foothold, a place to strike out from and gather intelligence on the swamp. We'll take the fight to the undead, and we'll do it from here. Meet me at the castle ruins, and be swift about it. I'll need your eyes there to assess our defenses.
